Dunphy's Pond Trail - Terra Nova National Park, Parks Canada

Hike or bike while hearing loons call on the pond and watching caribou stroll along the shoreline of the largest pond in the park. This trail is a good place to see boreal birds such as crossbills, grouse and owls and is popular with canoeists. Backcountry campsites are available nearby. Please register with park staff. Level of Difficulty: Moderate. Length/Distance: 10 km (return). Time: 2.5 -3 hours.
