Southwest Brook Trail - Terra Nova National Park, Parks Canada

Start from Southwest Brook day use area (along the TCH, Route 1) and wander along the banks of the brook through a mature forest. Listen to the rushing brook as you wind your way through the moss carpeted forest. Cross the suspension bridge and snake through the forest towards the tranquil waters of Southwest Arm. This trail is a 4 km long walk and is exceptional in the fall when the trees start to change colour.
