Green Gardens Trail - Gros Morne National Park, Parks Canada

This newly re-routed trail winds through contrasting landscapes. Beginning on the serpentine barrens of the Tablelands and cresting a ridge for ocean views before descending into the boreal forest leading you to a fertile volcanic coastline. Sea stacks and volcanic rock formations make for a dramatic, photogenic coastline. If you need more time to explore, reserve ahead for a primitive campsite and spend the night. Return along the same route (more uphill on the way back).
