Peer into clefts eroded deep in the limestone pavement and discover plants growing in shady rock gardens. Around 30 rare flower species grow along this trail, and signs are nearby to provide more information about them. This trail was dedicated to World War 2 veteran Lt Albert S. Rose, who was a runner and was known for delivering messages to his fellow soldiers by carrying them under his tongue. Had he ever been captured, he was ordered to swallow the message!
