Drake Heritage House

When Haystack was resettled in the 1960's, Frank Drake refused to move, and remained in the house at Haystack for an additional 12 years. In the 1970's, the house was floated by barge from Haystack to its present site in Arnold's Cove. The Arnold's Cove Heritage Foundation operates guided tours of the house throughout the summer season, drop by this designated heritage building and view the many artifacts on display at the Drake House and the links they have to resettlement stories.
