On June 18th 2025, join professional forager and author Shawn Dawson on a guided foraging tour around Fork Restaurant, Tinkers Point Path on the East Coast Trail, and Mobile Beach, where you’ll explore and learn about a variety of wild edible Newfoundland ingredients. Afterward, sit down to enjoy a multi-course family style dinner prepared by award winning chef Kyle Puddester and Chef Kayla O’Brien, featuring the day’s foraged finds. Tour will begin at Fork Restaurant at 52 Cod Seine Cove Road.
