A truly unique experience for the foodie and non-foodie alike. Learn from Shawn as he shares his time-perfected technique for the best-smoked salmon in the region. Watch as he teaches participants how to prepare and smoke local salmon from start to finish, and get to sample the finished product. Learn about migration of the Atlantic salmon to the spawning grounds. Smoked salmon workshop can also be combined with our guided fly-fishing package.
