Uniformed Services Run - Marathon Weekend

The Uniformed Services Run is a multi-race event including: Marathon, Half-Marathon, Marathon Relay, and other distances, and family/kids events. This is the oldest marathon in Canada, and takes place in downtown St. John's, centred on Bowring Park. Included in the public event is a "battle of the badges" in which members of uniformed services (military, police, fire, paramedics, etc) compete for top honours, and the right to choose next year's charity. All proceeds go to a registered charity.
