Cow Head Peninsula Hiking Trails

Cow Head Peninsula - There are four hiking trails of medium difficulty in this area: Lighthouse, Point of the Head, Steering Island, Spring Beach. Visitor hiking the trails will view the effect of glaciation and plate tectonics in creating the many folds, bends, carved bowl, sea caves. A pristine view of the Gross Morne Park coastline can also be seen on the Lighthouse trail. Let the map sign at the beginning of the trails guide you.
