East Coast Trail – Silver Mine Head Path

Enjoy a pleasant 3.8 km, 2-hour hike from through coastal woods to Middle Cove Beach Park. This easy path offers beautiful coastal meadows, mixed forests, and stunning views of Middle Cove and Outer Cove, perfect for a relaxing outdoor excursion with seasonal highlights like caplin runs and whale sightings. The ECT is a registered charity organization, and the Trail is free to use. Donations and memberships help support the organization and continue maintenance of the ECT.
