East Coast Trail - Cape Spear Path

Journey along the 15.4 km, 5-7 hour Cape Spear Path from Blackhead to Maddox Cove, crossing through the most eastern point in North America. This moderate hike offers a mix of WWII coastal defences, whale-watching spots, seabird viewing, berry-picking grounds and dramatic coastal views. The ECT is a registered charity organization, the Trail is free to use. Donations and memberships help support the organization and continue maintenance of the ECT.
