Humber Valley Trail – International Appalachian Trail

A scenic 15-km moderate trail along the rolling hills overlooking the beautiful lower Humber Valley. The trail starts near Ballam Bridge at the beginning of route 440 and rises to a height of 350 metres at Arne's Lookout, before continuing on to the top of the iconic Man In Mountain at 270 metres. The alternate Bear Head Trail rises more rapidly but rewards hikers with several spectacular views of the Humber Valley and Humber Arm towards the Blow Me Down Mountains.
