Railroaders' Memorial

Located adjacent to local community museum in a restored railway station, which also houses the municipal offices of Whitbourne. Monument is in memory of those railroaders who lost their lives in the line of duty during the years of the railway era in Newfoundland. Within easy hiking distance of Sir Robert Bond Park along the abandoned railbed. Static train display including snowplow, engine and caboose on site. Short boardwalk around site with a gazebo and picnic table.
