Dedicated to preserving, promoting, and protecting the legacy of Sir Wilfred Grenfell. In 1892, Dr. Grenfell was sent by the missionary to deep sea fishers to investigate the conditions in the Labrador Fishery. This was the start of Dr. Grenfell's lifelong work on the coast. The Grenfell Interpretation Centre interprets the life and times of Dr. Wilfred Grenfell through a gallery of interpretive paneling and displays.
