Located in Conception Bay North, an hour and a half from St.John's, the old-fashioned saltbox house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. It is one minute's walk to a beautiful sandy ocean beach and 5 minute's walk to The Overfalls (a waterfall and swimming hole). There are sheep and cows in the meadows next door. A restaurant and grocery store are a 5-minute drive away, and the popular Northern Bay Sands a short drive. Owners live close by in case you need them for anything.
