Chart House is built right over the water, so you can hear the water lapping under the kitchen. See salmon jumping the gorge into Rencontre Lake. Stroll the trails and boardwalks to look for bald eagles, or do some ATVing, kayaking or boating. The house dates to 1893 and has been updated with modern conveniences. Two of the three bedrooms have ensuites, while the third coverts to a studio or drop-down bed with washroom. There’s a wood stove in the sitting room, and a parlour with TV and games.
