2.5 hour microadventure that brings you on a mindful hike to the ocean's edge, a moment to reflect and become very present, a guided chakra meditation where we can be gifted the presence of a whale, eagle, or enjoy the cod fishing scene. Followed by a mug up around an open fire to enjoy NL toutons, muffins, and locally brewed coffee and tea. While connecting with a group of people you may otherwise have never met.
