Trinity Historical Society Museum


An 1880s saltbox style home with approximately 2,000 artifacts from various aspects of the life of Trinity and the surrounding communities. Items in the collection include artifacts from the commercial, domestic, fishing, sealing, medical, governmental and other trades. Rug hooking demonstrations and other traditional crafts are demonstrated on site by staff and volunteers.

Come and explore the past as you take a walk through the Trinity Museum and view artifacts associated with your ancestors past. Tools of the trades of blacksmiths and shoe cobblers are on display as well as First and Second World War memorabilia. Learn about the history of Trinity and the surrounding twelve communities in this 1880s salt box design home that was the first historic site to open in Trinity.
