There are few hunting destinations in the world that rival Newfoundland and Labrador. Because there are more species, more often, in more places around here than anywhere else in Canada. Lucky for you, most of these places are easily accessible.
Eighty five per cent success rates. One hundred and twenty thousand moose, the most concentrated population on the planet. Ten thousand of North America's largest black bears. One of the world's largest woodland caribou herds. Tens of thousands of rare woodland caribou. And over 150,000 square miles of wilderness. Is your trigger finger getting itchy?
Take your pick from the highest population densities of moose, world record stags, and bears weighing over 650 pounds. Forty-five inch spreads are common here, not to mention they would look great in your den. By the way, there are two hunting seasons for bear in Labrador, and you're allowed two caribou per licence – just in case you want a matching set.
On the other hand, if you're up for an extra challenge, our small game hunting is anything but small. Set your sites on hares, coyotes, or wolves. Try your aim at ducks, geese, Arctic and snowshoe hare, spruce and ruffed grouse, and ptarmigan.

Our friendly outfitters know this place inside and out. After a successful day in the woods, they're bound to share a few stories over a drink and a hearty meal back at the lodge. So grab your gear, and get ready for a real trophy adventure – before everyone finds out about one of the world's best kept secrets.
